Pay Rate: $14.34/hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Temp to join our Global Film & TV team for a special project. This hybrid role supports the accurate and efficient management of copyright data for film and television productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter work copyright information into the company’s database with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television projects.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of all data entries.
• Identify and escalate issues requiring managerial support.
• Perform other related administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas, are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with a proactive mindset.

Desirable Experience (Not Required):

• Familiarity with AS400 systems.
• Prior experience in copyright administration role, preferably in the music publishing industry.
