💼 What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager , you’ll handle a blend of new and renewal business, providing exceptional commercial service every step of the way. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a key partner to our producers.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage and service a book of small to mid-sized commercial lines accounts
  • Market, quote, and bind both new business and renewals
  • Develop strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsiveness
  • Identify coverage needs, answer questions, and resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers
  • Maintain detailed records in our agency management system

🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience (account management or similar)
  • Knowledge of standard lines coverages (GL, Property, WC, Auto, etc.)
  • Connecticut P&C license
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a heart for service
